If you want your Farmerpay account and personal data removed, follow the steps below to submit a deletion request. This page explains what we remove, what we may retain, and how long processing takes.
Choose one of these easy options — include your registered email or phone number so we can verify your account:

When you request deletion and we verify your identity, we will permanently delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data linked to your account, including where applicable:
Some aggregated or anonymized analytics and system logs may be retained for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons; these will not identify you.
We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days after verifying your request, unless legal obligations require a longer retention. We will email you when deletion is finished.
If you have concerns about deletion or think something was missed, email support@farmerpay.ai and include your request reference.
